Wells Investment Properties, LLC provides an owner full access to the property management software used at their particular property, as well as all financial accounts utilized in its operation. Communication is critical. Wells will regularly communicate with clients via phone, email, and is available 24 hours per day.

The principals of Wells have over 25 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience. They have bought, sold, and leased virtually every type of commercial real estate. Wells is experienced in all facets of an IRC-1031 Tax Deferred Exchange, and can provide assistance and direction in commercial real estate financing.

Wells Investment Properties, LLC has been involved in the renovation of many types of commercial property including office projects, retail centers, apartment buildings and self-storage facilities.
