ABOUT ALAN WELLS, CCIM
Alan has been active in commercial real estate for nearly 25 years. He is a licensed architect and CCIM designee, the highest real estate designation afforded commercial realtors. Alan worked in commercial property development in Chicago prior to moving to Oregon, and has been involved in the development of various retail, office, self storage, and multi -family properties both in the Midwest and Pacific Northwest. He is one of the most active commercial brokers in the self storage industry, having bought and sold nearly 50 self storage properties in the past 15 years, both for clients and on his own account. He is an active member of the Self Storage Association and a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate.
